Tomatolicious Pasta

Chinese, South Indian, Mughlai and even American fast foods, all fade in comparison to my love for the cheesy, delicious flavours of Italian food (Yummy!!). Yeah, I love it even more than I love ogling the biceps of the handsome hunk on the fourth floor *Whistles*

Be it the crunchy pizzas or dripping pastas or rich lasagnes, I can survive on Italian food for days at a stretch. Although I will have to throw my weighing machine and vanity out of the window at the same time, if I want to indulge in this little passion of mine. *Sigh*

So darlings, one particular day, I just could not overcome the urge to get my fingers on some delicious pasta. Unfortunately, for me, the urge came during one of my late night insomniac book reading sessions. *Whimper*

My love for food (And of course my own hunger pangs) pushed me to create a delicious pasta dish, which was low in calories, quick in making and ab-sah-lootely delish!! While I get lost in the reminders of the cheesy delight I ate that night, you guys can enjoy the fruits of my labour. See how generous and big-hearted I am! *Clap Clap* Bows!!
