Just the other day, I had my favorite pair of black heels on. (How can a girl survive without one is beyond me)! Khair, so my eye was caught by this beautiful bird’s nest on one of those beautiful green tree tops. Watching it, I somehow forgot to keep my eye on the road. Long story short, my ankle twisted and I landed up on my ass with a sprained ankle and bruised knee.
As I was recuperating, I decided to see the funnier side of the event. And in a bid to remember this special moment, my always active memory came up with a recipe. I decided to name after the main culprit for the day. No, not my high heels *humph* but the birds nest.
If I say so myself, if I can be so good while on the bed getting well, then God knows what wonders I will think of absolutely hail and hearty. 8) Enjoy!
