Haan so, my tummy is my best friend. And I have learnt never to ignore the demands of my best friends, be it late at night or early in the morning (at what point it is difficult, I can assure you). It was during one of my late night sessions with one of my thought evoking books *cough cough* that my tummy made its presence known.
Now at that point in the night, even my brilliant mind and tireless nature gives in. So I prefer going back to the quick and easy. Something that is imprinted on my mind and can be cooked within a matter of minutes. So darlings, I got up to listen to the demands of my best friend, see how caring and loving I am, and searched around for the ingredients in my sparse kitchen.
Fortunately, even the one who lives up there, yes I mean God and not the handsome man who lives on the floor above me *wink wink* had it in his mind to ease my pain. I found everything appropriate and set around to prepare my latenight meal. Try this poha out sweeties. All it takes is 15 minutes to prepare and can curb hunger at any hour!!
